Moving to a new country can seem like a big deal so we make sure you have all the advice and support you need.

  • Whether you choose to live in our halls of residence or rent a room privately, we'll help you choose accommodation to suit you.
  • Many of our international students need a visa to study in the UK. Applying for a student visa isn't as complicated as you might think. Find out how we support you with visas and immigration.
  • We can give you advice about finance for international students including scholarships as well as information about budgeting and how much it costs to live and study in London.

When you arrive

When you arrive at 91情色

We'll give you a special welcome before Freshers’ Week. And you'll get a guided tour of the University and the city, help with registration, and opportunities to meet other students and join in social activities.

We'll tell you everything you need to know about London life, from how to open a bank account to how to register with a doctor. We can also pair you up with a 'buddy'. That's a second or third year student who can show you around and help you out.

How we'll make you feel at home

  • We provide free confidential support for personal issues, your finances, and your academic studies through our Student Support team
  • We'll help you find work while you study and a job when you graduate. Even when you go back to your home country. Find out about our employment support 
  • Our student helpdesk - UniHelp - offers online or face-to-face support.  And, our student support website - - is full of useful advice too
  • Our International student advice team can help with any questions such as visa and immigration issues.
